Daily Fitness Task

Life is busy, so these workouts are 4 minutes long, with the ability to increase in time, weight or intensity.All tasks are emailed to you at 5am, with your accountability element on WhatsApp.

Daily Nutrition Task

With more information than we could ever digest in a lifetime, we all kind of know what we should be doing to live a life of wellbeing. But do we do it? No. Why? We don't train our mindset first. We need habits, not plans.

My name is Sara Clarke and I built this programme for myself to conquer mental health habits that were dragging me down.I realised that if I first worked on my mind, I'd have the motivation to workout, and once I'd moved my body, I had the desire to eat foods that made me feel great. This was a cycle I never wanted to get off.I can teach it to you in 6 weeks.

We don't want 6 packs, we want to feel awesome each morning.

We've been told that we should want 6 packs. But when we realise we can't get them overnight, we give-up.
What if what we've been conditioned to want to look like is all wrong.
What we truly want deep down is to FEEL awesome. Full of energy. We just assume people with 6 packs feel like that. Quite often they don't.
But you will.


We don't want to be fitness freaks, we want to be pursue having fun.

Your core desires won't appear once you've achieved a certain dress size, or you've stopped eating chocolate for life.
Don't be the person denying yourself food at the restaurant. Be the person making others laugh at the table because you are confidently you, you got your habits dialled in, and no-one can take them away from you.


We want to walk into rooms confidently knowing we have a place at the table.

Every one starts health kicks by going on diets. They're the hardest bit! Why would you do that to yourself? First build the habits. Then get consistent, then build the intensity.
It works and it could be you, for the rest of your life.
